Fine, What we expecterd. no mor, no less. We have stayed in a number of Double Trees and this one was jsut tine...

We liked everything. But it is a shame that the remodeling still left leaks in the bathroom pluming. Obviously poor quality plumbing which is to bad considering how nicely everything else turned out...

At the reception there were very tasty cookies and very nice staff. A booking error on my part was immediately "ironed out" to our satisfaction and we were offered a free anti-mosquito shower at the exit in the evening, which we gladly accepted.

There were no objections.

The room was brand-new and we greatly enjoyed out comfortable bed. The breakfast was free and savoury, the check in was fast. It was nice to get wake up service free of charge too. It had an incredibly comfortable and ideal location - not too far from an art museum. Located in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were caring and helpful.

Neat and ideal hotel with helpful staff from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was savory and well-appointed. Ideal location close to a ship terminal.

What I liked most were 1. The staff were extremely warm and inviting and 2. All amenities worked well, I got hot water, room service was speedy, food was a bit expensive but tasted great.

My only disappointment was on the day of check out, housekeeping came to the room to remind me at 10:30am. I found it to be a bit rude, but I know they were trying to accommodate early check-ins.

Hotel clean and modern. They do offer free use of La concha hotel facilities..beach swimming pool..

Rooms are small but nice. Breakfast poor..
